Case in point:
Just this past year, a buddy of mine from work was forced to fight
when he walked into his garage at 0700 on a fine Sunday morning in
Pensacola (in a very
nice neighborhood) and saw his wife being accosted by a very large,
violent man. He and the intruder fought (hand-to-hand for
a solid 15 minutes!) and the attacker ended up dying in
my buddy's front yard. Turns out he was wasted on crack and crystal
meth. Now, my first reaction was "Good. It Serves him
right. He
got just what
he deserved!" But in retrospect, does anyone really deserve
to die because
they are desperate, strung out on dope, and trying to steal a power
drill just to pay off the crack man? I can't help but
think if my friend's wife had whipped out a stun gun and
made some noise with it, or sprayed him with pepper spray
and
ran in the house and called the cops, a tragedy could have
been avoided. If my buddy had been carrying some pepper spray
or a stun gun, the confrontation would have been short and painless (at
least for my bud).
Technology is good
Now, I don't know about you, but going 15 rounds
with a psycho is a young man's sport in my book. I flew FA-18s
off of Aircraft Carriers for 21 years and even though it looks
physically demanding on TV...Let's face it. It's essentially a desk
job.
Sure you have to strap into your desk, it goes really fast, and there
are
a bunch of cool lethal buttons at you fingertips, but I'm pushing 45
and it's not like I've been roofing houses and staying "hard" for 20
years. I've been in more than my fair share of
scrapes but if I had to go "Mano y Mano" with some nut job for
15
minutes, they'd cart ME away on a stretcher! I'd much rather pop him
with my Stun Master,
whip out my cell phone, and call in the cavalry.
YOU take the initiative--WE
provide the tools
We opened this business offering Self
Defense Products because it was frustrating hearing
about people being victimized while minding their own business.
I look at every news story from the perspective of how
the situation could have been changed or prevented if the victim had
been carrying some form of non-lethal weapon. I agree with
John Walsh of America's
Most Wanted..."Let's
make these scumbags think
twice" before attacking! My Stun Master rides
in the glove compartment and I treat it like a smoke detector. I hope
the only time I ever have to take it out is to test fire it and change
the battery once a year, but it sure is nice knowing it is there
if I
need it. Everyone who desires to take responsibility for their own self
defense should consider a strategy incorporating non-lethal
weapons.
It's time the bad guys
were afraid!
Taking the initiative to protect your loved ones
is deadly serious business, but if
you aren't having fun in life, what's the point? We
also carry
a bunch of
fun stuff that you can have a blast with. Take a look around
at the non-lethal weapons and very cool spy gadgets we have available.
Whether you want protection for your family or just want to
have some fun, I'm sure you can find it here. If you have any

news in general, we'd love to hear from you. When you sign up below,
